What a Day!

What an incredible morning we had for The Foundation’s 4th Birthday Fun Run! With 60 enthusiastic participants, perfect weather, and a huge dose of community spirit, the event was a feel-good celebration from start to finish.

Our relaxed and inclusive 5K Fun Run brought together members, staff, families, and friends for a morning of movement, connection, and fun. The course featured three off-road, traffic-free loops around the Club, and participants could choose to complete 1, 2, or all 3 - making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of pace or experience.

It was fantastic to see so many families taking part, with plenty of cheering, smiling, and positive energy throughout. Whether walking, jogging, or running, everyone got into the spirit of the event - it was all about having fun and enjoying the moment.

A huge thank you goes out to the amazing volunteers - including Hurlingham Club staff, members, and a brilliant team from our headline sponsor Savills – who generously gave up their morning to help make everything run smoothly. You helped create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all – thank you!

At the finish line, participants were welcomed with upbeat music, a celebratory ‘Finisher’ sticker, and a refreshing Pip Organic drink, kindly provided by our sponsors Pip Organic. These little touches made the morning even more special.

Thanks to everyone’s support and generosity, we’re also thrilled to share that the event raised just shy of £450, which will go towards supporting future community events and initiatives.

This Fun Run was the perfect way to celebrate 4 years of the Hurlingham Club Foundation - bringing our community together in a fun, relaxed, and inclusive way. Thank you again to everyone who took part, supported, and helped behind the scenes. Here's to many more feel-good moments together!
